ingredients:
500 g butter
500 g of 60% Dark Chocolate, chopped
300 g sugar
10 egg yolks
10 eggs
150 g flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tablespoon Mayer's Rhum
How to make:
Prepare a small bowl, heat-resistant bowl. Spread margarine, sprinkle a little flour.
Tim chocolate and butter until melted. Lift.
Beat the egg yolks, eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Enter the chocolate mixture, stirring until blended.
Add other ingredients. Stir well.
Pour into molds.
Bake in hot oven 180 C for 12 minutes until cooked.
Remove and serve hot with berry sauce and vanilla ice cream.
