Bahan-bahan: - 125 gr Tepung maizena - 100 gr Tepung terigu, iris tipis - 2 batang daun bawang - 150 ml air hangat - 1 sendok teh kaldu bubuk ayam/sapi - 1/2 sendok lada bubuk - Minyak sayur Cara membuat : 1. Campur tepung maizena dan tepung terigu ke dalam mangkuk, tambahkan 100 ml air hangat, aduk dan tambahkan sisa air hangat, jika masih kering tambahkan air lagi. Tofu balls (Fried Tofu) / Bola-bola tahu
 Ingredients: - 1 large white pieces of tofu, mashed - 2 leeks, sliced - Small size carrot, sliced - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon bouillon powder - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - Pepper to taste - Oil for frying
