Pancake Daun Bawang (Spring Onion Pancakes)

Bahan-bahan:

- 125 gr Tepung maizena
- 100 gr Tepung terigu, iris tipis
- 2 batang daun bawang
- 150 ml air hangat
- 1 sendok teh kaldu bubuk ayam/sapi
-  1/2 sendok lada bubuk
- Minyak sayur

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tepung maizena dan tepung terigu ke dalam mangkuk, tambahkan 100 ml air hangat, aduk dan tambahkan sisa air hangat, jika masih kering tambahkan air lagi. Adoni hingga kalis dan tak lengket ditangan. Tutupi mangkuk dengan kain dan istirahatkan adonan selama 10 menit. Kemudian baru tambahka...

Tofu balls (Fried Tofu) / Bola-bola tahu

Ingredients:
- 1 large white pieces of tofu, mashed
- 2 leeks, sliced
- Small size carrot, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon bouillon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

How to make:
- Mix all ingredients, mix well and set up round like balls.
- Fry in oil over medium heat until browned.
- Remove from the pan and serve

     7 jamur shiitake kering
     25 gr maizena
     3 sdm dry sherry
     3 sdm daging sapi cincang
     2 pt kaldu sapi
     50 gr irisan rebung
     1 buah wortel, potong dadu
     2 sendok makan cuka anggur merah
     1 sendok makan kecap rasa sedang
     1 telur kocok sebentar
     150 gr tahu putih/tahu telur, potong dadu
     garam dan lada bubuk secukupnya

Ingredients:

- 450 grams of canned sweet corn
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons water
- Vegetable oil for frying

Blend Spices:
- 1 teaspoon pepper grains
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 pcs candle nut
- Salt to taste

1. Mix the sweet corn, green onions, celery, blend spices, flour, egg and water and stir well.

2 lbs of Mussels, cleaned, scrubbed and de beard
5 cloves of Garlic, sliced
2 Tbsp of fresh Parsley, chopped
Pinch of Hot Pepper Flakes
1 lg Tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tbsp of bread crumbs
1 cup of White Wine

1) Preheat the oil in a large pot over medium high heat, add the garlic, tomato, parsley, hot pepper flakes, bread crumbs and cook for about a minute or two.

500 g butter
500 g of 60% Dark Chocolate, chopped
300 g sugar
10 egg yolks
10 eggs
150 g flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tablespoon Mayer's Rhum

How to make:

     Prepare a small bowl, heat-resistant bowl. Spread margarine, sprinkle a little flour.
     Tim chocolate and butter until melted. Lift.
     Beat the egg yolks, eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves.
